HATT et SÖNER and Areni invite you to our Champagne Blending Masterclass, an intimate experience limited to select guests. Discover how master blenders craft complexity, balance, and elegance in every bottle, then create your own signature champagne.
This isn't just another tasting. It's a rare opportunity to understand Champagne from the inside out—guided by experts who live and breathe the craft.
You will taste the whole core range of HATT et SÖNER, pick your favourite vineyard, evaluate storage alternatives and more. You will also be given the opportunity to create your own bespoke Champagne. All in a small group and a private setting at Areni's wine cellar behind the Royal Castle.
